Behind Alexino is my work in IT, which began in 2006, and a personal relationship with everyone who trusts me with a device or a project.

At my shop in Ciampino, I help individuals, professionals and businesses. Their needs vary: getting a computer working again, choosing a custom PC, organising business data or creating a website.
It starts with listening. Before suggesting a solution, I need to understand the problem and how you use technology every day. I want you to understand what we are considering and why.
If the work depends on replacement parts, compatibility or specialist checks, we discuss that before proceeding. Explanations should be clear, even when the technical problem is complex.

Every repair,
one step at a time.
We start with what you’ve noticed: the symptoms, the model and how you use the device. The assessment helps identify the fault and discuss the available options.
We agree on the work, the terms and any alternatives. Replacement parts and turnaround times depend on the device and availability.
Before collection, we check the functions affected by the repair. I explain the work carried out and share any useful guidance for using your device.
